Interviewed : The Entrepreneurs Guild with Jamie Meyer

Thomas Fleury [Tom] has 20 years of corporate services management and enterprise re-engineering, accompanied by 15 years in the small business start-up space. 

Not to be confused with Thom Stimpel who assists small businesses to thrive, is an author, with 35 years of experience as an advisor and transformational business leader. 

Accomplished in their own right, these two men have united forces to design Flawless Launch, interlacing their expertise to inform aspiring and novice Entrepreneurs with valuable information to execute flawless launches and perpetuate sustainable endeavours. 
Tom and Thom are a most interesting pair, our Founder Jamie Meyer enjoyed this interview too much, leaving inspired and with a list of her own potential best-selling titles. 

Their conversation covers what it was like for Jamie to grow into a professional woman in an industry led by men, how important it is to distinguish what is right for you instead of mimicking what exists and that the best results are achieved when you use those differing experiences to inform avenues and solutions. 

Moving on to her first Client in a coffee shop. What being a designer of solutions means, how sometimes we all need permission to do the crazy thing we wouldn't generally dare to do and why a crisis should never be wasted. 

Beyond Jamie submitting her resume in Washington and getting hired by the United Nations, she has now met the first two buyers of the small library of books she must write. And secured two votes for her next job as Prime Minister of the World.
