Outside of the fact that we have a natural talent for it. We recognise that what was once a revered landscape, Business either now exemplifies a deficiency of fulfilment or contributes to hindering our evolution and lives.
The expectation of Business is a devoid entity that looks good in theory, but is really an empty and broken machine. One to which we commit the majority of our irreplaceable time and energy.
Imperatively the field of Business must become flexible, accountable and sustainable. Ultimately allowing us and everything in its wake to thrive. It is in need of some revitalisation. A healthy dose of Personality and Originality.
Value Centred Businesses have the ability to contribute to Society in a more tangible way, than any other platform in Society. Elevating the idea of Business. what can be done with such an influential platform. How much more we can achieve for ourselves and the collective of Humanity.

If we teach our Children the same thing we did yesterday and the yesterdays before. We can only expect the same kind of tomorrow. It is up to us to dream bigger for them.
We cannot simply recondition the paths we have taken but rebuild the Foundation. Our Education System needs to thoroughly nurture, create and design this direction.
For the short term we are Volunteering and contributing to Young Entrepreneurs, Schools and Programs that are initiating conversations about Career Pathways and understanding the pursuit of our Individual skills.
All the while working on a tailored School of our very own. One that teaches the understanding of Ourselves, with the same importance as Mathematics.
So we may understand ourselves and in turn Humanity. Fortify our individuality and how we can contribute to strengthen the collective. A collective that is designed to freely shine brilliant and flawless. Just like a Diamond.
