When we start a Business or a new Venture, we do so with a fresh set of eyes. A beginners perspective. As we work into and on our Business, our perspective shifts and morphs. It evolves. A natural reaction to the different opportunities and challenges that arise. Once our Business becomes everything we envisioned it would be, we adopt a winners perspective. What we've done worked. It created a Business. The dream, the goal is achieved. Now at this point, we of course, look for different avenues of Growth. Ways to grow our Success. We do so with the winners perspective. Despite the fact that it wasn't this perspective that created our Success. It was all the versions that came before it. We do not account for all that has changed, the person we now are, the new level of opportunity that comes with the Success we have created. So we move forward with the same perspective, the one that created what we have. It isn't often though, that anyone is brave enough, that we are brave enough to actually challenge our perspective. How often do you take time to broaden your thinking? Your horizons? How often do you consider alternative possibilities? The Boss or Manager that dismisses contributions from others, the C.E.O that knows best. It's almost an expectation that if we repeat the winning formula. Take the same risks. Then we reach new heights.
That myth cannot be further from the truth. A new level of anything. an evolution. Requires a new level of thinking. That was the magic formula, the adaptability of your perspective before anything was concrete. When you were beginning .That is the catalyst. The magic formula is evolution. Working in your Business, looking at your Business, from the same perspective. It will continue to achieve the limitation of Growth within that perspective. Teams are limited by that perspective. As well as Clients. Are you be brave enough to challenge your perspective? And do it often? For the good of your Organisation and your Life?
