We look at Growth too linearly. We set incremental Budgets for the next year and then the next. What if we looked at Growth as a more encompassing goal? What if we said in 5 years we want to have a $5 Million increase in Revenue. What resources will we need? What will we need to get there? What movements do we make with this in mind? What do we need to start planning or developing now? What decisions do we make now in preparation for this? How do those decisions enhance our actions today and contribute to this goal? Have we considered how much we are limiting our success, how many avenues we miss, by looking at only our hand in front of our face.

Many times organisations and teams create small thinking and limiting environments, so their People don't grow. If we evolve our environments, People have room to grow and so does the Business.
