Cutting costs, sacrificing quality, firing People or making departments redundant, does not a Growth Strategy make. These decisions may temporarily spike revenue or appear like recovery. But ultimately are patches to a much bigger hole that has been left unattended.
There should be three simultaneous approaches to Growth, which we play on loop. Fund, expand and stabilize.
